Jeff is a CPA licensed in Michigan and he graduated from the University of Detroit. He spent 8 years in public accounting at Plante Moran with a focus on serving construction clients. Jeff joined Superior Electric in 1994. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Michigan Association of CPAs, the Construction Finance Managers Association, and the ESOP Association. Jeff is an active volunteer and previously served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at De La Salle Collegiate High School. In 1987, Dale started his career as an Electrician for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in Detroit Michigan. Dale began his career at Superior Electric in 1993 as a Journeyman Electrician. Over the next 23 years, he moved up thru the ranks of the Company. Dale acted as a Foreman, General Foreman and a Superintendent from 1995-2005. In 2005, He took the position of Superior Electrics shop Superintendent. Scott, a CPA licensed in the State of Michigan, was named CFO of Superior Electric in May 2018. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Central Michigan University and began his professional career in public accounting at Plante Moran in 1993 where he provided audit, tax and consulting services to clients in the construction and real estate industry for the next 13 years. In 2006, Scott became the Director of Finance for Dickinson Wright. In this role, he managed the accounting and finance function during the law firm’s rapid expansion into Canada and 12 new U.S. markets primarily through mergers, practice combinations and lateral hires. Scott is a member of the Michigan Association of CPA’s and Detroit Area Contractors Association. Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing, fishing, attending sporting events & concerts, and spending time with family. In 1984, Alan began his electrical career in Nevada before moving to Michigan in 1986. He joined IBEW Local 58 in 1992 and was hired by Superior Electric in 1994. He has worked in a supervisory role for most of his time with Superior, working his way up through the ranks. In 2006 he was promoted to the role of Project Manager/Estimator and then to Chief Estimator. Al currently serves as Superior Electric’s Vice President of Estimating. Steve began his career in the electrical industry immediately after graduating from Michigan State University’s Construction Management program in 1991. He formed his own Engineering Corporation in 1995 and soon after began performing the engineering services exclusively for Superior Electric and continued to do so for the next 22 years mainly in the Pre-Construction activities of the company. In 2017, Steve’s Corporation and its employees were acquired by Superior Electric and he was appointed as the companies Vice President of Engineering. While teamed up with Mr. Heasley in Pre-Construction for the past 2 decades, he has instilled a high level of trust, integrity, expertise and reliability with our Clientele’s Engineering and Management teams. With over 20 years of experience in IT, Floyd started his career as an animator and web master for Honkworm International where he eventually started his own interactive agency formerly called Memetic Systems which later became WideMile. Floyd worked for a brief time at Classmates where he was the Viral Marketing Manager responsible for developing cost effective technologies and campaigns to grow the user base. After Classmates Floyd was hired as the VP of Product at iMedExchange where he worked to develop the physicians social network platform. After iMedExchange, Floyd worked as a strategic consultant for a gaming company called WXP studios. In 2009 Floyd took on the job of Director of IT @ SEGLC responsible for overseeing the companies internal IT services and systems. Jim grew up in an electrical household, where his father has been a member of IBEW Local 498 for over 50 years. He has 23 years in the Electrical Construction Industry and began his career following graduation from the University of Michigan.. While he is experienced in many areas, his primary focus is Design Build and Pre-Construction Services where he has spent the last 20 years. He looks forward to continuing to build on that foundation, providing Superior Electric’s customers with exemplary service and cost effective reliable solutions. Daryl has 33 years in the electrical trade performing various roles from installation through direct supervision. He has served as a Project Manager with Superior Electric for the past 10 years, primarily at General Motors facilities in Flint Michigan. Born and raised in Flint, he currently resides in Linden. Justin began his electrical career with Superior as an apprentice in 2003. Justin worked his way up through the field holding classifications as Journeyman, Foreman, General Foreman, and Superintendent all the while being mentored by some of Superior’s finest employees. Justin began his current position of project manager in 2015 on the GM Data Center projects. He looks forward to continuing serving the electrical industry with its ever changing demands and challenges. Peter started his career in the electrical industry in 1999 in the IBEW Local #58 apprentice program. After completing his 5 year apprenticeship, he became a Journeyman Electrician and subsequently a Master Electrician, Certified Medium Voltage Cable Splicer, a NETA Level III and NICET Level IV Certified EPT Technician. He has worked nationally and internationally on various projects installing, testing, and supporting protection and control through transmission and distribution systems. He enjoys the challenge of troubleshooting non-functioning electrical equipment and using the outcome as a tool for continued growth and improvement. Blake joined the U.S. Air Force Nuclear Security & Law Enforcement directly after finishing high school. He also received Intelligence training while he served at F.E. Warren Air Force base in Cheyenne Wyoming. After the Air Force, Blake worked as a Construction Management Safety Manager and also supervised GM Skilled trades for several years. He also worked on the Gulf oil spill and the Enbridge oil spill. Blake started with Superior Electric in 2010 as a field safety manager and moved into the Safety Director’s position in 2015. Andy started his career with Superior Electric Great Lakes Company as an Apprentice in 1999 and became a Journeyman in 2004. Over the next 14 years, he assumed the positions of Foreman, General Foreman, Site Superintendent and now as a Project Manager. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to work on many high-profile projects in and around metro Detroit, including the Northwest Airlines Terminal at Detroit’s Metropolitan Airport, the construction of the brand-new Ford Field, as well as numerous automotive manufacturing facilities in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. Scott Dupuie entered the armed forces in 1989 and severed for 6 years prior to entering the electrical trade. He began in the electrical trade in 1997 where he served his electrical apprenticeship with several different electrical contractors. He first was employed with Superior Electric in 1998 when he was an apprentice and returned to the company as a journeymen electrician in 2003. Since returning Scott had filled several roles for the company in the field. In February of 2013 Scott was brought into the management team of the company where he currently serves as a Senior Project Manager / Estimator. Joe began his apprenticeship with IBEW Local #58 in 1989. He joined Superior Electric as a journeyman electrician in 1996 and worked on many significant projects during his career. Joe was named Shop Superintendent in 2014 and is responsible for all field and warehouse support staff of Superior Electric. Tyler has been an IBEW 665 JIW Electrician since 2000 and has been working as a Project Manager since 2012. Tyler started with Superior Electric in 2016 as Project Manager/Estimator out of the Lansing office. After completing his apprenticeship and receiving his electrical license in 1991, John went to work in the electrical construction industry and became a member of IBEW, Local #58. Positions such as Foreman, General Foreman, and Service Truck Driver, helped him transition to his current position as project manager/estimator for the past 10 years. Kevin is a project manager and estimator at Superior Electric. He started with the company in 1997 and has worked his way up the ranks in the company. He is a Local 58 electrician and a BISCI technician. Kevin is very well rounded in the trade knowledge from medium voltage gear down to fiber optics and communication cabling. Krystal Kozuh was named Controller in January 2018. Krystal joined Superior Electric Great Lakes Company in 2011 as a field administrator and has several years of experience within the accounting department. She is responsible for the overall accounting and financial reporting functions for Superior Electric Great Lakes Company. She has earned a Bachelor of Business Management degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business. Chris started his career in the electrical industry in 1994 as a limited energy member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers local union #58 and in 1997 enrolled in the N.J.A.T.C. inside wireman apprenticeship program. He began his career here at Superior in 2000 and has held positions as a Foreman, General Foreman and Project Manager/Estimator. During his time at Superior, Chris has been charged with managing a wide variety of work ranging from the installation of fiber optic cable infrastructures to full auto plant tooling installations. Wayne’s career began in 1981 while serving in the US Air Force as a Telephone Cable Splicing Technician. He joined IBEW Local #58 in 1989 as a Sound and Communications Technician and joined Superior Electric in 2000. Wayne was promoted to Project Manager in 2008 in order to develop our Information Technology Division. He continues to serve our customers ever changing IT requirements. Mike has worked in the electrical industry since 2005, where he began as a Journeyman Electrician Inside Wireman. Since his start with Superior Electric Great Lakes Co. in 2010, Mike has been involved in projects including, but not limited to, building automation, fire alarm and life safety systems, robotic controls, industrial power distribution, automotive plant new construction, renovation and demolition, and information technologies. He considers his career in the electrical industry to be very rewarding as it allows him to be a part of many diverse projects and situations that require unique solutions on a daily basis. Likewise, he feels his time at Superior Electric has offered the opportunity to work with the great team of people that constantly raise the bar of quality, ingenuity, and excellence. Jeff started his electrical apprenticeship in 1998. In 2004, shortly after becoming a Journeyman Electrician, Jeff began his career at Superior Electric. At Superior Electric, he has held positions of Journeyman, Foreman and General Foreman. In 2015, Jeff was promoted to Project Manager where he continues to work today. Steve joined Superior Electric in 2015. He has over 10 years of professional experience in the fields of Accounting and Human Resources. Steve graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and watching sports.
